Futon in Good Condition - (Belmont in Charlottesville, VA

We purchased this Futon about 7 years ago from Atlantic Futon (on West Main St.) and no longer have room for it. It is in perfect working condition, however it could probably use a new cover. It folds out to work as a bed with the additional pillow, that will be included (not shown). Pillows shown on couch in the pictures, however, are not included
